Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be offered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim against Martin Paul Fine Instruments is limited to the Purchase Price with regard to that product. Martin Paul Fine Instruments will not be liable for any consequential losses.
Warranties
We offer a 12 month warranty against defects on our instruments. Please refer to the ACCC for further information on warranties.
