Each instrument sold is an individual item and as such there are differences in exact specifications. All best endeavours have been made to provide accurate information as to the make and age of each instrument. The description of the instruments are statements of opinion and are not to be relied on as statements of definitive fact.


We reserve the right to change details on the website without prior notice.


Refunds and Exchanges


Refunds and exchanges will be offered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.


Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim against Martin Paul Fine Instruments is limited to the Purchase Price with regard to that product. Martin Paul Fine Instruments will not be liable for any consequential losses.




We offer a 12 month warranty against defects on our instruments. Please refer to the ACCC for further information on warranties.
